We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days and deliver them within 3-5 days. However, during busy times this may take slightly longer. If your item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible. All orders are sent via Royal Mail or courier. Postage and packaging is £3.95 per order within the UK. We are currently only delivering to UK mainland addresses. We offer free collection from our home in Bishop's Stortford. There is a drop down at the checkout to select this option. We will email you when it is ready to collect to arrange a suitable day and time. Please make sure the email address you use on your order is the one you would like to be contacted on.
If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 14 working days of receipt. Please contact us by email with your reason for return/exchange and we will be happy to assist you. We request that you return the goods in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of returning your unwanted items. When returning any goods please ask for a proof of postage at the Post Office as we will not be liable for any items lost or damaged in transit. The cost of the original delivery charge will be reimbursed.
If your item is damaged, please contact us by email within 30 days of receipt and we will send you out a replacement. If the faulty item is no longer in stock, we will give you a full refund.
All items in the 'Not quite perfect' section are non-refundable.
All prices are show in UK pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate.

Due to the rustic nature of our products, colours may vary and natural marks may occur. We always try to photograph our products in the best light but colours may differ in real life to those shown on screen.
